We want you to be completely satisfied with your western wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-shaped hats and worn boots are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and ensure you receive a drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
